We are Patina Studios
Where hard working dreamers make cool shit happen.
When I started Patina 10 years ago
it was never about building the biggest rental business, but a service that could truly help a select few clients who really valued quality and design to do their best work. Clients who would come back to us again, year after year, and learn to rely on us for their most important events. Building that type of rare company where clients become friends, and employees become family, starts with offering a product we believe in and providing service that is truly personal and coming from folks who really do care – a lot. We hope you feel it when you work with us.
After running an experiential event company for a few years, it became clear that there was a hole in the market for the type of products Patina offers, but that’s not what makes Patina different. It’s our heartbeat, it’s that we care…harder. Just like you, our clients. We attract those who are like us. Those who want to do things differently than the rest, those who really value how impactful a well designed moment can be, those who will settle for nothing less than the best, those who are real, and honest, and pour their hearts and souls into their work.
While I may not have set out to build the biggest business, we’ve grown to be a significant part of the event industry. We work with the world’s biggest and most respected brands, events, designers and planners. Our Brooklyn warehouse with over 30,000 square feet of furniture and 25 employees serves thousands of events up and down the East Coast every year.
We are proud to have a reputation as one of the most respected event rental companies around. The fact that 10 years later, we feel honored to serve and support our loyal clients (some since day one)…well, to me, that’s what building a better rental business is all about.

Patina In The News
Lonny says:
Picture a playground of envy-inducing vintage collectibles—Moroccan rugs, brass floor lamps, quirky oil paintings, Swedish settees—in an airy, whitewashed warehouse building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. That’s the environment created by Corrin Arasa, founder of prop-rental house Patina.
Rue Magazine says:
"Patina has become an event planning paradise- full of treasures from all eras, styles, and corners of the world. Of course, with an eye for vintage quality- it’s no wonder that Patina also is home to an absolutely stunning studio."
Design Love Fest says:
"Patina vintage rentals’ studio is just one of those magical places. it is bursting with cool stuff (all available for rent, new yorkers!) and always proves to be the perfect place to hold class. i love mixing and matching their pieces to create our classroom.
Trendland says:
"It’s a typical story really, one we’ve heard time and time again: “the inspiration for my company started with a chair”. Not. Patina, a Brooklyn based vintage rental company is a lot of things, but average is not one of them.
GOOP says:
Corrin Arasa’s collection of vintage couches, chairs, rugs, and tables is so vast that it lives in a 5,000-square-foot warehouse in Brooklyn (open to visitors by appointment only). And it’s not all large-scale furniture either—take a peek at the miles-long roster of smaller rentable props like lamps, baskets, floor pillows, and surfboards.
New York Magazine says:
Housed in an old garment factory in Bushwick, Corrin Arasa’s handpicked collection of vintage furniture and décor boasts pieces in a range of styles from New England Colonial to early-1900s French to Scandinavian mid-century modern. She helps couples put together a comprehensive design scheme. If you don’t find the item of your dreams in her collection, she’ll help you track it down elsewhere.
Daily Candy says:
"The best seats in the house are delivered by vintage furniture rental outfit Patina. Owner Corrin Arasa spent the past decade collecting chairs, comfy couches, tables, accessories, and props, but she didn’t open shop (her Bushwick warehouse is akin to a 5,000-square-foot Pinterest board) till this year."
