Jove Meyer Events – Greenpoint Loft

The Brief

Jove Meyer always knows how to translate a couple’s personality into the room where they celebrate. The vision for this Greenpoint loft came with a little David Lynch-inspired drama: a checkered floor, dramatic red velvet drapes, and a low lounge in burnt orange and black. Every detail reflected the couple’s humor, from toy animals holding guests’ name cards to taxidermy suspended from the ceiling, and a Patina favorite, Ernie the Bear, helping guests find their table settings. Layers of unexpected details offered a glimpse into the couple’s world and made the room feel entirely their own.
