Fashion to Furniture | Public School

Fashion + Furniture go together like two peas in a pod. One of our favorite pass times to do with fashion week is to see the new trends blossoming for the seasons to come and build lounges matching new fashion lines to our furniture.

We love following one of our favorite New York based designers, Dao-Yi Chow & Maxwell Osborne of Public School. They both are familiar with New York trends growing up in Queens + the Bronx and have both worked at Sean Combs streetwear company back in the early 2000s. So swag is nothing new to these guys!

We love this look from last years Spring lookbook and had the perfect sofa to match it up with. Our Spread the Love Black + White midcentury love seats matches their plaid skirt to a tee! Popped in our neutral midcentury Hugo Chairs to match the top the model is wearing. Since this lookbook was shot in raw spaces around ny we brought in our raw cut timber tables + our iron based dia coffee table to bring in some industrial raw materials to the set. The sisal rug + cowhide rug are natural neutrals and add some texture to the mix. Some bah pillows + charcoal grey geometric pillows were added in for more texture. See below to get the look!
